In short: our products are instant digital downloads, so all sales are final and we don't offer refunds. If your file doesn't arrive or you were charged by mistake, we'll make it right.
Digital products
The 200% Life eBook and the 200% Life Journal are digital products (PDF files) sent to your email immediately after payment. Because the full product is delivered instantly and can't be returned, we do not offer refunds once an order is complete.
Cancellations
As delivery happens straight after payment, an order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed and paid for.
When we will help
- Didn't receive your file? Check your Promotions and Spam folders, then contact us with the email address you used at checkout. We'll resend it.
- File won't open or is damaged? Contact us and we'll send you a working copy.
- Charged twice for the same order? We'll refund the duplicate payment.
- Money debited but no order confirmed? Contact us with your payment details. If we confirm the payment reached us without an order, we'll either deliver your product or refund the amount.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. The time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
